Exchange Policy

At Mvaro, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds. However, we are happy to offer an exchange for a different size or style if your item meets the conditions below.

Eligibility for Exchanges:

  • Exchanges must be requested within 14 days from the date your order arrives.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Proof of purchase is required (e.g., order confirmation email or receipt).

  • We cannot accept exchanges for items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.

  • Sale or clearance items are not eligible for exchange unless faulty.

How to Request an Exchange:

  1. Email our customer service team at mvaro.ukinfo@gmail.com within 14 days of your order’s arrival to request an exchange.

  2. Once approved, you will receive instructions on where to send your item.

  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  4. Once your item is received and inspected, we will send your replacement item.
